Getting started
How do I start?
Pick your service on the Services page and order it, or simply WhatsApp us. We confirm the price and send you a document checklist.
I don't know which service I need. What should I do?
WhatsApp us a few lines about your situation. We tell you which service fits — there is no charge for that.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Most work happens on WhatsApp, email and the government's online systems. You are welcome to visit during office hours if you prefer.
Prices and payment
How much does it cost?
Each service shows a starting price. We confirm the final price after a quick look at your documents, before we start.
When and how do I pay?
Ordering on the website is free. When we confirm the price, we tell you when and how to pay: [TO CONFIRM].
Are there hidden charges?
No. Any government fees (such as company registration fees) are written down separately from our fee, before we start.
Documents
How do I send my documents?
Clear photos or PDFs on WhatsApp or email are enough.
What if I don't have some documents?
Tell us. Many can come later, and we explain how to get the rest.
Do you need the originals?
Usually not — clear copies are enough. If an office asks for originals, we tell you in advance.
Income tax
Who has to file a tax return?
People whose yearly income is above the tax-free limit ([TO CONFIRM]), and in some other cases — for example when you need proof of filing (PSR) for certain services. We check what applies to you.
When is the deadline?
For most individuals it is Tax Day: [TO CONFIRM]. The government sometimes extends it — we will let you know.
What is an investment rebate?
A discount on your tax for certain savings and investments (such as savings certificates, DPS and life insurance). Rate and limits: [TO CONFIRM].
VAT
Do I need VAT registration?
It depends on your yearly sales: [TO CONFIRM]. Small businesses may use turnover tax enlistment instead. We work it out for you.
When is the monthly VAT return due?
By the [TO CONFIRM] of the following month.
Do I file if I had no sales?
Yes. A registered business files every month, even with nothing to report (a nil return).
Company compliance
What does a company have to do every year?
Hold an AGM, file the annual return with RJSC, file the company tax return, and file monthly VAT returns if it has a BIN.
When is the annual return due?
Within a set time after the AGM: [TO CONFIRM].
Can you fix years we missed?
Yes. RJSC late fees may apply — before we start, we list what is pending and the likely cost.
Privacy and safety of my documents
Who sees my documents?
Only the people working on your file. We don't share them unless you ask us to (for example with your auditor) or the law requires it.
How long do you keep my documents?
As long as the work and the law require: [TO CONFIRM]. Ask us any time to delete copies we no longer need.
Is it safe to send documents on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted. But never send passwords or bank PINs — we will never ask for them.
No matching questions. Send us your question on WhatsApp — we will answer.
