About Me

I am Imon Chandra Banik, Founder and Managing Partner of BANIK Advisory. I help individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses manage their finances, understand their tax obligations and build stronger foundations for growth.

With more than 12 years of professional experience, my background spans accounting, taxation, VAT, audit coordination, financial systems, business advisory and country operations leadership. I am an NBR-certified Income Tax Practitioner and a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. I also hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from National University, Bangladesh.

I established BANIK Advisory to make professional financial and compliance support more accessible, understandable and practical. Whether you need assistance with an individual tax return, reliable bookkeeping, business compliance or an accounting system, I focus on understanding your situation and providing guidance you can act on.

Across my professional engagements, I have advised more than 270 individual and SME clients and trained over 250 professionals, students and entrepreneurs. My experience includes corporate finance, donor-funded projects, international business operations and financial management for growing businesses.

Alongside my advisory practice, I serve as Chief Operating Officer at Panorama Management Advisory Services, following my promotion in August 2026.
